Go to terrorist mode and pick lone wolf (on,) make sure realistic and high enemy density is on.

Go to CQB training andyou will spawn on the left side of a building. In the middle theres a ladder and to the far right side theres a room with about 5 enemies.

If you want assault points you're going to want to throw a grenade in the room and throw another in there in about 4 seconds and repeat that.

Now if you want CQB than go up the ladder and shoot, wait at the top of the ladder and about ten people should try to climb up it. When they get on the ladder shoot them for tons of points.
