You might have to test this cheat on other doors in the map but I know it works on the car wash doors, not the ones at the top but the one at the bottom of the stairs.

Walk near to this door and press LT, if this doesn't work try pressing LB - you should move through the door without it opening it.

This is very good if an enemy is behind the door.
