Before doing all this you must have someone or another profile that has the achievements so you can copy them and also having completed training.

1. Unplug your internet cord/wire-less from the back of your Xbox.

2. Go on the profile that has the achievements.

3. Click Training Grounds and start the first mission but wait! Don't start it yet and get ready to switch to the profile that hasn't gotten or needs the achievements. So as soon as you click the first mission in Training Grounds, click the middle button fast and switch to your other profile and you should get a glimpse of the map and it'll throw you back to the main menu.

4. Then go to the war journal and wait for about 5-10 seconds and you'll get Completionist.

5. Go to the campaign and skip training and you'll get all the campaign modes done and Friend with Benefits and then go kill one monster/locust to get Seriously 2.0.
