Wound an enemy (so they crawl like the dogs they are) and make sure you have some normal grenades (explosive).

Equip them and melee the crawling enemy so that your grenade sticks to him.

Then pick him up and use him as a shield.

When the grenade explodes it will kill him while doing no harm to you.

Just repeat this process until you get the achievement.
