Cheat:
First you must have the map pack Vengeance. Second you need Galva knuckles and timebombs.

You're going to start by going to the bank. Back behind the counter if you look at the bottom of the counter on the far left you'll see two keys.

Use Galva knuckles to punch this, it may take a few times but it will ask you to hold X.

You're going to set down your timebombs and you will then put all your money into the the little box with the keys.

A money symbol will pop up in front of the counter, do not pick this up.

Once you have all your money simply use the timebombs and you will have all your money back in your inventory.

The money symbol with all the money you just put in will still be there along with a few money sitting in front of you that have been duplicated.
