This only works on Tranzit.

First get on the bus and go to the Diner.

Then once you are there use your turbine to open the shed door, where the ladder to get on the diner is.

You need to get the ladder. If it is not there you can't do this.

Once you get it, open the diner door and install it.

Then one person stands under it and the other person runs and jumps over him on to the ladder (pressing A at the same time) then you will be invincible.
