When you find all three teddy bears on Nuketown 2025 and press X on them, you will unlock the secret Teddy song.
The first bear is in a chair in a crashed bus in the middle of the map. The second is in the backyard of the place with the Nuketown sign out front. The last teddy is upstairs in the yellow house opposite the place you got the second bear.
