Go to the very bottom of Pipeline underground and there are pipes in a fence.
Jump and crouch in that fence and look towards the opposite wall and lie down.
Then crawl back and look to a side and then crouch.
You can plant claymores well by going to a side and walking right into the fence and planting it.
