Must be old school free for all.

Go to the top of the map the building at the top of the street.

Go in and up the stairs and the first door on the right go in there and do a little jump out of the window so that you land on a ledge.

Go to the wall and jump forward and you should land on another little ledge.

Then turn to your left and jump into a little brown box, once you've done that jump on the railing and jump forward onto another ledge.

Then jump forward again onto a curtain thing and jump on the roof.

Now go to the right side of the roof and drop down run (sprint) and jump on to a black railing.

When you've done this aim for a thin black line and jump - if done right you will be able to go on the freeway bridge.
