A female shopper at a Walmart in Los Angeles has pepper sprayed fellow shoppers in an attempt to secure some video games products. As the New York Daily News reports, when staff took the coverings off of the items she was after, the shopper simply took out some pepper spray and began using it on those around her, injuring at least 20 people in the process. The woman has not yet been found by Police and the exact products she was after are unknown. The authorities have apparently described her actions as ”competitive shopping”.
Not much to say about this really, except it’s a despicable act and the police need to review whatever surveillance tapes they have and find the person responsible ASAP.
In other Black Friday madness, gunfire erupted outside a Walmart in Fayetteville, North Carolina, although thankfully no one was injured.
