As you probably know, if you activate the cheat codes in Saints Row 3 (posted on this site elsewhere) then you will not be able to earn achievements. So, what you should do is create two saved game files - one file is for your normal game in which you will earn your achievements, and the second one is for your cheats where you can do anything you want (and not earn achievements). This way you get the best of both worlds!
