Customize Non-Customizable Car cheat for Saints Row: The Third on Xbox 360
Cheat:
Go to Rim Jobs with a customizable car and when you are in the place, go to a non-customizable car (like a tank) and press A (or X on PS3).
When it says to retrieve it, press B (or O) and exit Rim Jobs.
You will be able to customize the vehicle. I made a Breast Cancer Awareness Tank.
