Before you start Manager, go to team transfers at the main menu.

Select a league 2 team (any one you want).

Transfer all the best players in the game to your team and get rid of your old players. Fill the squad with the best.

Start Manager mode with that team ,now because you picked a league 2 team, the wages stay the same, so your wage bill is still only like $25,000.

Because of the players you have in team sponsors will pay over a million a game.

Now sell the players you dont actually want in the team.

Upgrade your stats to the max and by the time you reach the Premiership your team will be all 99 each and worth nearly $100 million.
