Firstly, set game difficultly to amateur.

Then, pick Portsmouth as your team (make sure Peter Crouch is up front) in kick off mode and play a team like Accrinton Stanley.

Then in the match run up really close to the keeper and tap the X button, and as a Crouch arrives hold RB and tap B two times.

He may dive or stand and it will take a while to master, but this how I did my achievement.
