Take a Police Car cheat for Wheelman on Xbox 360
Cheat:
Get the police to chase you along a long road, lose them so they stop looking for you.
Then block the road with your car until they catch up with you. They should then stop as they can't get through the block.
You can then wait until they get out of their cars and pinch one, for some reason they don't seem to mind.
It's even better when you do it by a road block.
