Frozen People Glitch cheat for Wheelman on Xbox 360
Cheat:
To perform this cheat/glitch you need to stop traffic (without getting the cops on you!).
Now you continue blowing up cars by shooting the engine and eventually people will keep running in place and sometimes not moving or getting stuck behind objects. In one case one woman was frozen in mid-air!
