Cheat:
If you go to the church on outskirts and keep going round it until you get to a car, then about 45 degrees right there is a large path.

Keep following it until you look left and see another car.

Jump on the car and stand where the front passenger would sit, then face the door on the building and look at the door frame nearest to you.

If you run and jump and when in mid-air repeatedly press B, you should float up.

Keep pressing it until you stop, then walk forwards (this will hurt you a bit but it wont kill you) and keep walking until you get to another building on your left.

Jump onto it and walk up until you reach the peak of the roof.

Then go to the middle of the roof and there is a small hole.

Go inside it and you can see all around you (they can't see you).
