1. Choose the most valuable Pinata you have and get two of them.
2. Fill out the romance requirements (this includes the house).
3. Romance them.
4. After the first romance you can use romance candy to help romance them (it's cheaper that way).
5. Do this repeatedly and sell the offspring when they have grown up.
6. Profit!
Hint: to make the offspring more valuable give them names and accessories.
