I'm pretty sure this works but sorry if not. You'll need a Chewnicorn.
Direct the Chewnicorn to the sick Piñata.
Your Chewnicorn should bow it's head and put it's horn on the sick Piñata.
Watch and a stream of light or "magic" should come from the Chewnicorn's horn a cure the sick Piñata.
