Here's one for those of you who don't get out enough...
What you do is select create-a-mode and select create-a-skater, make a girl with a skirt and the play as her.
Do a manual and do a handstand hit B x (2), then change the view to where you can see up her skirt and there you go.
Note: all girls wear red underwear
