cheat title:	Unlocking Black Suit Spiderman
cheat:	This will unlock the Black Suit Spiderman before the Grand Finale mission. The cheat is to play the Sandman mission, select "try something else" when you die, and you will arrive back in Peter's room, but in the black suit. The only problem is that after you turn your Xbox 360 off you have to repeat the process. [more cheats for Spiderman 3 here]
