Go to the Rim Jobs with the Foreign Power in the same lot (it should have a yellow trailer/ramp by the Foreign Power), get a gun (its easier for me with a pistol) and a car, and go rob the Rim Jobs clerk.
Shoot him (make sure he's dead, so he doesn't call the cops), get into your car, and drive around the car dealer, go back to the Rim Jobs, and repeat the process.
The clerk is easier to kill if you go behind the counter and have a homie help you. Shoot the clerk as soon as the cash appears on the desk.
