Go to the Demolition Derby, you have to win all 8 levels. After you beat all 8 keep playing the 8th level, (all you have to do is walk in the yellow light and press Y, then it should say levels 1-8 pick the 8th,).
You must win at least 3-5 times, look to your left and there should be an Attrazione there.
Take it, and as convenient as it is there's a mod garage right on the same block, since you keep winning the $5,000 you should have money to pimp out your new ride!
