Go on create a player and create 11 players (whole team).

Max out their attributes and put them on free agents, then start a manager mode with a weak team (I started with Burton Albion but any team under 2 stars is fine).

When you get to the part where you can put your virtual pro on, the other created players you did will be there, add them all and then carry on and start the game.

You will get the acheivement before you even get to the manager mode main menu.
