This only works in Keys to the City and works best once you have emptied the streets.
Choose the supercar and make your driving skill level 4, get on the highway and put the pedal to the metal!
Now once you are driving flat out, bring up your keys to the city and go to your driving skill.
Drop it to no driving skill. The supercar will double in speed.
