Cheat:
Drive the Agency SUV and find a building with a flat side.
Drive in to the wall and as the nose of the car rises press and hold B, this sucks you to the wall.
It doesn't last forever, but you can get some pretty big air.
You must be lever 4 in driving for this to work. Enjoy.
