There is a building to the right of the machine gun.
Walk to the second floor where you will find two windows.
Face the window on the far right side.
Get onto it and SLOWLY drop down onto the ledge.
From here look to your right and jump on the lamp post
Finally gernade jump on to the roof.
You will be the center of attention when people won't know what hit them...
