Cheat:
When levelling up early on you come to two screens, first you divide up 10-20 skill points.

Pick what ever so you can get to the next screen, once there (special's) look for the one you want even if you cant get it yet, it will say req. level, mag(##), scie(##) etc.

Now go back to skills with (B) button and place your required points where needed to access the s.p.e.c.i.a.l. you want (providing you have enough and the corresponding level needed!).

Now hit (X), pick the special that is now available to you and hit (B) to go back one more time.

Here comes the best part... take all those points away from the required fields for that special you just picked (scie) etc. and put them any where you want.

Press (X) again to go forward.

Note: if you look at the special you have picked it is inaccessible, but it shows the little box of (CHOSEN) beside it.

Now exit and check stats. You'll note that you have that s.p.e.c.i.a.l with out spending the points on skills you feel you don't need yet...
