Cheat:
Once you toss your opponent into the crowd area you have 1 chair, 1 trash can, 1 extinguisher, and 1 table to play with. On the right side there's also a monitor.
You can either irish whip you opponent into the monitor and grapple him to perform an attack, or just grapple him and drag him to it to activate a different attack.
You can grapple then drag the opponent to both open guard rail sections to activate a hot spot and bang his head around.
In both guard rails you can take signs from the fans and tear them up by pressing "A" near it.
On the right top gaurd rail you can take a crutch from a fan and use it.
You can also irish whip your opponent into some speakers at the top and electrocute him.
