In the opening menu of GM mode go to the options and you can turn off multiple options.
For one, injury. If you turn this off you can put your most popular suparstars in as many matches as you want.
Another is morale. If you turn this off you can shut up the little cry babys.
If you win gm mode once you can also turn off cost and make the other show trade you anybody you wish.
