This cheat is a little pricey but hey, its worth it.

First you go to every trainer you can find and learn all skills but remember the last five that you got.

Then when you have completed this, go to the wizard guy that resets your skills and choose what you want in the skills to level up 5 times.

Repeat this until you have all your skills maxed out. Game on.
