If you see a car flashing lights press A, then you wait a moment and when its done loading you can make your own lap. It just has to be above 1 mile, you'll see the lenghth in the upper right hand corner.
Then it takes 5 seconds to load and once you win you can do this repeatedly by pressing Y. In 5 races you'll have 100K.
