On the south east of the island you will see a challenge that requires you to go 140MPH on a winding road.
When the challenge starts, simply turn your car around (MAKE SURE TO GO PAST THE START LINE) and drive to the road behind you which happens to be a nice long straight road.
Hint: If you have a slow car, rent a car that can go 160MPH or higher.
