Note: This glitch works best on the easy difficulty. Other difficulties will make it harder to do.

You first want to get off your board and go find a civilian to do this glitch on. Next, start running towards them. Once you reach the civilian, hit them with your board and right after you hit them instantly press the Y button so that your board comes back under your feet. If you did it right, your legs will bend backwards and your body will instantly spaz out when you hit the floor.

It will take a couple tries to get it right and instantly glitch up. In some cases, you will be sent flying out of the map or sent under the map.
