If you want to get on top of something you can't reach, then you first put down a manual pad in front of what you want to get on to, then get on top of the manual pad and place a marker.

Then go back to the object dropper and stack up the manual pads to the height of the object.

Then go to your marker and you will be on top of the stack of manny pads.
