Cheat:
This is not a permanent invincible cheat, but it works with both single and co-op play. You can have up to 4 survivors.

By the entrance of Whitaker's Gun Shop, on top of the staircase, there is two silver pipe railings.

Jump on them on the right, then stay to the right and move foward. You should be on a small ledge.

Now move to the corner or anywhere else - just don't be by the railing (so you don't get hit) and zombies will all pile up underneath you!

So basically if they're a horde you'll be safe.
