Go to Oakwood. Head to the wood cutting job and the house next to it, you will have to buy. Its below 10,000 GP.

After you buy it, go into the house and sleep.

It should say when you wake up "Sleeping here has increased your speed."

Then go to the skill menu and go to speed. Subtract the one star speed.

It shouldn't disappear. I t should stay there and you get the XP as if you did take it off.

Then if you continue to do that you can upgrade all of your skills.
