When you unlock the landlord chest (5 giuld seals), start buying all the homes at the dweller camp and put the rent to highest.

Then start at Brightwall and eventually buy everything around aAlbion and you should get 100,000 every 5 minutes.

Play until you get 8 million (do not start the attack on Logans Castle until about 5 million) this will make you save everyone and people still love you.
