You can only find Claymore mines in Fortune Park.
In the middle of the Park is some kind of alleyway with a restroom and a maintenance room.
The mines are just around the corner beneath the little water fall/pool thing.
Another location is behind the huge sign that says "Silver Strip" (well, not actually a sign, just a name) at the top of it behind the "The".
