Cheat:
First you need 4 zombie queens, these can be found anywhere.

You'll see a zombie feeling around the back of it's head - kill it and the zombie queen should fly off it.

Run up to it and press B, then you should have it in a container.

Go up to the road block, then hold down the left trigger, then throw it at the largest group of zombies or let them come to you.

Then throw it on the floor, then you should get some PP and a lot of kills.

Do this whenever you have a zombie queen in your inventory, also go to the gas station and throw it at another large group.
