Once you have got to the laboratory there will be alot of wallets, trashcans, cabinets, and appliances that you can take things out of and that all contain items worth money.

There will also be safes around the laboratory that may or may not contain anything. If there is something, it is usually worth over $3,000!

If you fast travel from there to anywhere else and then travel back, all the stuff will be reloaded (although it will be different).
