You need Xbox Live Gold for this and a friend.
Invite your friend to a game (if you want high level guns make sure he is level 30 or higher).
You don't actually do anything but your friend needs to hit the slots.
However before the slots stop spinning have him go to his dashboard fast.
Then you should be able to collect the gun that comes out!
