Cheat:
Use the money your given to begin with to upgrade your weapons. Carry on as normal until you get to the cinematic about the morale choice, make your selection and carry on to the cinematic with the explosions. Go back to the main menu now and start the mission again. You will have your upgraded weapons and the money you originally started with.
