Cheat:
So you go to White Run, then War Maidens and buy all the leather straps and iron ingots from both of them.

Then you go to Dragon's Reach, to the enchanter table, and enchant all the daggers (doesn't matter what you enchant them with, you WILL need alot of soul jems though, I usually use petty and common).

After you have enchanted them sell them at War Maidens.

I don't know how long you have to wait for the ingots to respawn in their inventory. I usually just go to a different city and repeat the process.

If you do this your enchanting, speech, and smithing will all increase.
