First, enable the "Performance mode" code.
Then, enable the "Unlock Everything" code.
Go to Expert Career, and enter the store to get the "Axe Collector", "Burnin' a Hole in Your Pocket", "Got 'em All", and "Track Master" achievements.
Next, select Lou with The El Jefe Guitar at the Desert Rock Tour.
Select Slow Ride, and intentionally fail to get the "Enlightened Guitarist" achievement.
