Mesmetron Items cheat for Fallout 3 on Xbox 360
Cheat:
When you have obtained a Mesmetron to enslave people from Paradise Falls and when you shoot people with it (like lets say a caravan guard) they go crazy and shoot at everyone.
Everyone will attack them because now they are tagged as a raider.
When he dies you can pick up his items and sell them.
This works with almost any character that has a name.
