Cheat:
Eight of hearts - Mission Semper Fi. At the beginning the level there will be an airstrike. When the airstrike is over go into the small hut directly in front of you in side will be a dead Japanese soldier and on the table beside him is the eight of hearts.

Four of clubs - Mission Little Resistance. Near the end of the level when you are assaulting the building with machine gunners firing at you don't go inside. Instead stay outside and go to the right of the building. Beside a bush you should find the four of clubs.

King of hearts - Mission Hard Landing. Before you get to the airfield you assault a building which is falling to pieces. Go inside and through the door on the left like you would usually do but don't go up the stairs. Instead turn right towards some boxes and shelves. Near the back of the room beside a box is the King of hearts.

Five of diamonds - Mission Vendetta. Near the beginning after you have killed Amsel's henchmen follow Sgt. Reznov into the bar but don't go into the next room instead keep following the edge of the bar until you come to a dead end. In front of you should be the Five of diamonds.

Joker - Their Land, Their Blood.Near the end of the level when the last German tank comes out the barn destroy it. After that go into the barn and go into the first open stall on the left. Inside should be a dead cow with a dead German on top of it and the Joker.

Queen of hearts - Mission Burn'em out. When you get to the second mortar pit just before you go in to attack it there should be a small trench with Japanese soldiers directly behind it. My advice is to go in using your flamethrower but that is up to you. Kill all the soldiers in there and beside a small gap in the bottom of the wooden wall which the Japanese can use to fire at you there should be some weapons adn beside them the Queen of hearts.

Nine of Diamonds - Mission Relentless. When you enter the caves near the end of the level and after the first small area with Japanese men there will be two more tunnels. It doesn't matter which one you go up but whatever one you go up look in the direction of the other tunnel until there is a small tunnel that connects both of them. Go down it and in the middle of it will be a dead Japanese soldier and the Nine of Diamonds.

Jack of spades - Mission Ring of Steel. When you assault the second building instead of going inside the building go into the courtyard and turn left and go straight forward until you get to a small room inside it will be a dead German and beside him the Jack of spades.

Ace of spades - Mission Eviction. Near the beginning of the level there will be a bit when you go into a big hall and on the other side will be some Germans with Panzershreks. Don't cross the hall towards them. Instead stay on the side you are on originally and in the room on the right will be a hole in the floor. Go down it and the Ace of spades will be there.

Ten of clubs - Mission Blowtorch & Corkscrew. After destroying the first bunker head towards the second but when you see some buildings beside the mountains stop. Head towards them and there you will be the Ten of clubs.

Three of diamonds - Mission Breaking Point. When you get to the area with the last two mortar pits there will be three buildings. One will be a small hut with a machine gunner in it which you can destroy with a mortar, the biggest one is the the building that you go through and the last one will also be a small hut with about two Japanese men in it. And in there you will find the Three of diamonds.

Six of clubs - Mission Heart of the Reich. At the very beginning you come out of the German Metro. Before going to the Commissar go to the left until you see another entrance to the metro. At the entrance will be the Six of clubs.

Two of spades - Mission Downfall. After you have cleared the first part of the Reichtag on your way to the parliament two Russian soldiers will break down a door. Inside that room will be the Two of spades.
