Cheat:
As you do the level Shantytown you will be ambushed when you're on a rooftop by enemies that throw dynamite as you.
When this happens you need to equip either a shotgun or a rifle and shoot a bundle of dynamite while it's being thrown in the air.
You'll then get the Boom Goes The Dynamite achievement.
