This isn't really a cheat but, before the game choose your offense to Miami's offenses.
Then during the game choose formation, Wildcat.
That will put your RB at QB and your WR will be the secondary RB, and he goes in motion and you can run the option just by hitting the left trigger to pitch it or just keeping it.
