First you must be in league 3. Then find the spectator bet race at the end of the league 3 races and select it.
When you're in the race, find the racer in 6.
He/she should have the following odds: Win 100, Bet 2,000.
Maximize the place bet to 65,000. The potential profit should be 1,300,000.
Cheer for your person and when he/she wins the race (if they do) then you will earn 1,300,000, plus your original bet of 65,000.
